85度C主廚陳立喆奪得世界廚師協會（WACS）「2014全球甜點廚師大賽」冠軍，陳立喆也是2013香港國際美食大獎糕點專業擺設組金牌獎得主，近年屢獲大獎肯定。

烘培界台灣之光再添一人，世界廚師協會（WACS）在挪威所舉辦的「2014全球甜點廚師大賽」今天凌晨揭曉，由陳立喆以巧克力工藝作品「深海藍畫映」吸引評審目光，拿下冠軍。

陳立喆今年36歲，現任85度C台灣總公司研發部總主廚。曾經出任華王大飯店一廚、布藍里烘焙餐廳主廚、 歐莉絲烘焙主廚、糖村蛋糕研發部主廚。

他的得獎經歷包括：2013香港國際美食大獎 糕點專業擺設組 金牌獎、2011世界盃甜點大賽為台灣代表隊並獲最佳團隊獎、2010亞洲區世界盃甜點大賽第二名。(中央社)
