若任監委 薛春明：迴避北市任內案件

下任監察委員被提名人、台北市副秘書長薛春明被點名，出任監委可能為美河市等案護航。他表示，若任監委，在北市府任內蓋過章的案子一定會迴避，不可能為護航。

薛春明對於總統馬英九提名，他表示非常珍惜，也一再表示他是愛惜羽毛的人，非常在意自己的清議，絕不會做違法的事。遭點名有護航之慮，他覺得「很難過」。

他說，他是去年3月1日到北市府任職，不管是美河市、雙子星案爭議，都不是在他任內發生。他雖處理美河市案後續，都是按監察院糾正案方向處理。

薛春明表示，他在監察院任職15年，對相關規定都瞭若指掌，會根據公務人員服務法、監察法、監察法施行細則相關規定，迴避該迴避的案件，否則監察院長也可要求他迴避，若有任何違法疑慮，也會被移送監察委員紀律委員會。
