桃園中壢古華飯店，附近房價 1坪 大約多少呢?

近期換工作到台北，老婆家在中壢古華飯店附近，為了方便小孩給長輩帶，打算買附近的房子!!

無奈是沒有長輩支援，只能依我們夫妻二人負擔。目前大約可負擔的價位約600W-700W左右，但從房屋網去看，似乎沒有什麼物件!!(大部份都無電梯公寓)

想請問一下，附近的物件，有什麼是符合我們預算的嗎?

然後也發現附近有許多法國系列，大部份都開價800多，大約可以從多少談起呢?
