美國聯準會（Fed）宣布繼續減碼量化寬鬆（QE），每月購債規模進一步削減至450億美元後，美股盤中小幅震盪，道瓊與標普500指數漲幅都在0.1%以內，美元仍維持在平盤以下。

紐約股市30日下午2時10分左右，標準普爾500指數小漲1.51點（漲幅0.08%）至1,879.84點，道瓊工業股價指數小漲8.7點（漲幅0.05%）至16,544.07點，那斯達克綜合指數小跌11.65點（跌幅0.28%）至4,091.89點。

Fed決策委員會聯邦公開市場操作委員會（FOMC）說：「經濟景氣繼先前大幅趨緩後，近來成長已見回升。家庭支出似乎正快速攀升。」

稍早公布的數據顯示，美國第1季國內生產毛額（GDP）成長率僅0.1%，比前一季的2.6%大幅減緩，反映冬季酷寒天氣影響企業投資、出口下滑，且企業庫存增幅減緩。

FOMC公布聲明後，美元維持疲態，仍對其他主要貨幣貶值。美元指數跌0.38%至79.501。
