立委趙天麟上午在立法院委員會質詢時，批評派遣公司與邀派公司將勞工當保特瓶「隨用隨丟」，呼籲勞委會應該要盡快提出派遣法，保障派遣員工的權益。勞委會主委潘世偉回應，未來派遣員工將是派遣公司的員工，立法也會保障派遣員工的權益，讓雇主覺得派遣員工和正式員工的人事成本費用差不多，進而減少使用派遣員工。
