林書豪於今天上午在個人臉書上，推出「林爸爸魔鬼訓練」的視頻短片，這下子林書豪也把父親也一起拉下水，陪著他一起搞笑，預計這段視頻將引起林書豪粉絲的瘋狂點閱。

林書豪在臉書上說，「很高興又回到球場上和球隊一起練球，非常興奮新的球季將要開始。」接著林書豪說，「今年夏天，很快錄了支持紀錄片的視頻，別忘了，10/11(林書豪旋瘋)即將在台灣上演。」

短片中，林爸爸訓練第一招，「球場上注意力」，但附註是，「別太臭屁！」讓林書豪矇著眼睛接球，結果後來是瓶、棍、垃圾齊發，林書豪根本接不住。

訓練第二招是「學習勾射─因為勾射無人能擋」，結果林爸爸的勾射一直被林書豪「火鍋」蓋掉，於是就多了附註，「或許並不是一直無人能擋」。

訓練第三招，讓林書豪含著湯匙上面放個蛋運球，就在林書豪以為「這太簡單了」，突然水球齊發，砸得林書豪一身是水外，林爸爸還趁機報仇，把生蛋往林書豪臉上一拍，場面慘不忍睹。
