搶進第三方支付商機，歐買尬(3687)旗下子公司歐付寶財金資訊，獲得經濟部商業司評鑑審核通過處理跨境網路交易業務，即日起可提供消費者網路結匯申報服務，歐買尬7日股價一開盤就攻上漲停113元，盤中漲停追價買單1191張。

歐買尬指出，台灣買家近期之內就可擺脫以往在淘寶網購物後需找人代付交易款項的窘境；歐付寶在取得跨境網路交易評鑑審核資格後，將可讓買家從其提供的合法跨境網路交易平台中，完成跨境貨幣的儲值及清算。

歐買尬說，接下來台灣買家購買大陸淘寶網、京東商城等就像是購買台灣的網路商店一樣方便，相同的台灣電子商務網站只要使用歐付寶的支付工具，就可以輕鬆地賺到大陸買家使用支付寶、財付通等支付工具的訂單。

歐買尬表示，在經濟部這次公布的審核通過名單中，歐付寶是唯一取得Cash inbound &Cash outbound兩種類型資格，又擁有自己實名制會員的第三方支付公司。

歐買尬指出，從審查中可看出第三方支付架構，應具備五大型態，包括1.跨境服務(Cash inbound & Cash outbound)。2.多元金流機制。3.價金安全(履約保證或全程信託)。4.買賣交易安全機制。5.能協助消保機關做前置仲裁服務。
