杜麗莊發監 泣訴沒對不起人

元大創辦人馬志玲、杜麗莊夫婦因結構債案，被重判七年四個月定讞。杜麗莊被檢方通知要在六號發監，她今天上午十點在兒女的陪同下到北檢執行科報到，哭著朗讀「杜麗莊入監前的公開信」說她與丈夫從年輕開始，辛苦打拼，這一生從未對不起任何人。

杜麗莊表示，丈夫飽受失智症所苦，已經退化像個孩子，她曾告訴丈夫，她要去坐牢，要丈夫好好保重，丈夫卻只能睜大眼睛看著她。杜麗莊強調，馬家人可以冤枉坐牢，但心中坦蕩，他們絕對不是侵占股東權益的那種人。

隨後她刻意以夾克遮住手銬，面色鐵青搭上十點半的囚車，發監桃園龍潭女子監獄。
