「不吸毒就想打老婆」　男擺攤生意差吸毒

「我沒吸毒就會打老婆！」台北市1名33歲的沈姓男子，因近來擺攤賣水果生意不好，滿腔怒火無處發洩，才會在上月24日前往萬板橋下河堤邊，找尋綽號「小蟲」的毒販購買安非他命，甚至還跟對方討價還價，最後以5百元成交。沈男旋即在公廁進行吸食，結束後便把吸食器拽在褲子口袋裡；隔天上午8點他照常出門準備擺攤時，騎車至西藏路與艋舺大道口遭遇警方攔查，這時他才驚覺吸食器仍在口袋中，只好主動交付出來，警方便將他帶回派出所偵訊。

警方調查，沈男擁有多項毒品前科，並曾經入獄接受勒戒，而後改過自新轉行賣起水果，卻時常情緒不穩便對老婆拳打腳踢，妻子亦曾多次向派出所提告家暴，最後又因家中3個小孩而心軟；沈男遭逮時向警方坦承，經濟壓力真的很大，所以生意不好他就會無法控制，才會走回頭路吸毒解悶，警方訊後將他依違反毒品危害防制條例移送法辦。（楊忠翰／台北報導）
