軍審法通過　桃園地院將開會討論因應對策

 【張沛森／桃園報導】軍審法三讀通過法，洪案即將移交桃園地院審理，桃園地院行政庭長吳為平今下午表示，目前相關條文內容資訊尚未明朗，但會儘速召開法官會議討論因應對策，聽取法官們的意見後再做決定。桃園地檢署則表示，一切依法律程序規定辦理。
