烏克蘭占據官署群眾 傳挾持人質

烏克蘭國家安全機構今天指控，支持俄羅斯的分離主義分子占據東部城市盧甘斯克（Luhansk）的政府大樓後，採取恐怖分子的作法，在大樓內放置了炸藥，並強行挾持約60人。

烏克蘭東部近日發生連串攻擊政府大樓事件，親俄分離主義分子6日晚占據盧甘斯克的烏克蘭安全局（SBU）大樓後，破壞所有門窗，並升起俄國國旗，過程中至少造成9人受傷。

烏克蘭安全局發布聲明說：「烏克蘭安全局的反恐部門已確認，那些罪犯在大樓內布滿炸藥，而且挾持約60人。」
