民進黨立委趙天麟今（28）日舉行記者會表示，根據國科會在民國100年委託台大農化系教授蘇南維的研究報告，早就得知市售七種芝麻油樣品，有四種混摻大豆油。趙天麟說，本以為政府應該是一年前知情不報，沒想到竟然兩年多前就知情，他懷疑國科會企圖隱匿、護航。

趙天麟說，相關網站上只有這篇報告的摘要，他不斷要求，但國科會卻仍拖延不給完整報告，無從得知是哪四家芝麻油混摻，而且國科會網站上的該篇研究報告，昨晚也無法點選，心態極為可議。

趙天麟並指出，富味鄉和蘇南維於100年時向國科會提案進行的芝麻油研究，國科會補助54萬、富味鄉出資35萬，所以名為研究，卻是廠商主導，而報告當時指出7種芝麻油樣品，有4種摻雜大豆油，混摻比例約在31%至44%，但卻未公開。

趙天麟接著拿出時間表，指出台大農化系榮譽教授李敏雄於民國97年被富味鄉延攬為監察人，富味鄉和蘇南維於100年共同提出研究計畫時，富味鄉也在7月1日因國外客戶要求代工，向美國嘉吉公司 (Cargill)購買棉籽油精煉出口，101年10月1 日，衛福部舉辦的「市售包裝調和油標示符合基準之研究」的產官學專家座談會，座談專家也見李敏雄、蘇南維名列其中，李敏雄亦為此研究的協同計畫主持人，102年7月17日，李敏雄擔任富味鄉香港子公司金籽有限公司之公司代表人。 (接下一頁)
