目前主要大規定就是連續14天內要有兩天例假以及每周不超過48 兩周不超過84 或4週不超過168 8周不超過336 變形工時可攤於其他日正常工時不超過8(+2)小時另外還有19天國定假日並沒有只紀念不放假這件事工讀生都應該雙倍薪正職應能補休有點好奇符合規定的行業休假最少是多慘? 是利用14休2 所以 365=14*26+1 => 2*26=52天然後國定假日都不放假裝他是補休到那兩天裡面嗎? 變成月休四天每天84/12=7小時另有4天特休共52天而且不放國定假日? 還是最少也要52+19天的假日? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.234.189 ※ 編輯: shoppinglin 來自: 114.25.234.189 (10/27 20:35)
