國安局託學者調查中南部菁英對ECFA觀感

國安局上午到立法院進行103年度施政計畫及收支預算案報告，國安局在秘密報告中無事不密，有許多委託給學界的研究案，內容與委託人都列機密。

但國民黨立委王應雄稍後在公開詢答中，出示在網路上搜尋的資料，即顯示國安局曾委托南部某大學教授宋學文進行多項研究，包括2011年進行「台灣中南部菁英對ECFA之觀感調查」、2012-2013年則有「兩岸政策資訊蒐集及情勢研究報告」、「台灣在美中亞太區域之矛盾關係下國家安全之生存與發展策略分析」等，2013年也有一份「兩岸資訊蒐集報告」。他質疑國安局聲稱保密的資料，卻在網上唾手可得。

國安局長蔡得勝回應表示，這是學者個人脫序現象，國安局會加以制止。
