【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】日劇《半澤直樹》的主人公半澤直樹，近日引起許多人的討論，如果想學劇中的半澤「往上爬」，根據《Record Japan》報導，日本武藏野公司社長、身兼作家的小山升的意見，或許有幫助。

小山升曾說，身處職場之人如果想要升遷，有「3種人」千萬不能當。

1. 失敗經驗不足的人。
小山升認為，沒有失敗經驗等同於沒有能力，歷經更多失敗的人才能獲得成長。就好比失戀一樣，失戀越多，對於談戀愛也會更加深思熟慮，下次成功的可能性也就越高。

2. 太過老實的人。
老實人往往容易被欺騙，優秀的工作能力固然重要，但同時也要善於思考判斷。

3. 高傲自大的人。
小山升說，這樣的人若處於主管之位，每天只會把部下呼來喚去，就表示自己一點真本事也沒有。優秀的主管不會擺架子，要交付屬下任務時也會和譪可親。
