大家好，我是今年管理碩士應屆畢業生 目前有兩間公司在猶豫，希望能聽聽看意見。 A公司 B公司 產業別 政府工程　　　　　　投資顧問 職務別 財務人員　　　　　　專案助理 薪水 　N or N+2k　　　　　　　N 福利 績效獎金 年薪13+績效獎金 年假七天(滿一年) 年假七天(滿三個月依比例給假) 通勤 20mins 15mins 工作時間 08:30~17:30 09:00~18:00 or 09:30~18:30 責任制 優點 穩定不太需要加班、 跟自己一開始求職方向較相近、 　　　　　算是不錯的跳板、 未來工作漸漸有挑戰性、環境較好 準備公職或其他考試 都不錯 目前A公司因為必須提供工作證明才能跑流程確定offer 當時是說完全無經驗薪水可能只會到N，我拿的工作證明是就學時期行政工讀的經驗 共有兩年多，但並不曉得這條件拿到多少籌碼 我個人是認為最多N+2k而已.. 但還是要等跑完流程才確定。 今天接到B公司的offer，必須要給答覆 兩家公司所走的路是完全不同，但我都不排斥 若選擇A公司則已決定好未來規畫(也是財務方面) 而B公司的工作內容是我比較有興趣的，但我對B目前沒什麼生涯規畫 大概就是邊做邊摸索邊學習 我知道沒拿到正式offer前什麼都不算，也很擔心放棄B會兩頭空 2K聽起來差距也不不是很大。 時間緊急現在有點苦惱，希望能聽聽一些意見，或指出我的盲點，謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.65.40
