美國債限僵局有解 全球股市大漲

跡象顯示美國國會可望達成暫時提高舉債上限的協議，使美國債務違約風險降低，激勵全球股市10日盤中大漲，美元走揚。

國會幕僚透露，眾議院的共和黨議員10日開會時，將提出先提高舉債上限六周、但不附帶政策條件的短期協議，以避免違約。美國總統歐巴馬和民主黨議員已表示，能接受無條件的短期協議。

歐巴馬將於台灣時間11日凌晨約4時30分會晤眾院的共和黨領袖。Fenimore資產管理公司研究部門主管福克斯說，美國兩黨正開始達成部分妥協，這是好事。

朝野出現妥協跡象，激勵美股三大指數10日早盤大漲1.4%至1.7%，道瓊工業指數一度漲逾200點，重回15,000點大關；歐洲主要股市漲1.4%至2.2%，MSCI新興市場指數漲0.7%，美元指數漲0.3%。

美國政府17日將觸及16.7兆美元的舉債上限，若國會屆時仍未能提高舉債上限，債務違約的風險大增。美國財長陸伍10日在參院財政委員會作證時警告，提高舉債上限的不確定性已對市場造成壓力。
