立委：馬英九對大陸拋媚眼

馬英九總統昨天說，兩岸人民同屬中華民國，兩岸關係不是國際關係。民進黨立委劉建國質疑，兩岸關係不是馬說了算，兩岸關係就是國與國關係，絕對是國際關係。尤其台灣過去參與各世界組織時長期被打壓，馬總統談話將使世界看待台灣時，更模稜兩可。

民進黨立委楊曜說，中華民國總統在國慶典禮上發表這樣的言論，是在對中國大陸拋媚眼，這對台灣以中華民國名義進入世界組織或拓展外交，都是很大的絆腳石。馬若無法認同台灣是主權獨立國家，就應該下台。
