餿油風暴吹起自製油　豬油飆漲約3成

餿油案情持續擴大，民眾食不安心，紛從傳統市場買豬油自製油，價錢水漲船高，漲幅約3成。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，餿油爆發以來，民眾自製食用油風氣再起，豬油售價每台斤從25至30元，上漲至40元。不少民眾買專炸豬油的三層肉及板油肉，回家自己炸豬油；也有肉攤趕工為客戶炸豬油。

台中文心市場豬肉攤蘇姓攤商說，以前豬油總是賣不完，送小吃店人家還不要，認為還要用瓦斯提煉成本太高，現在天天有客人預購。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
