求教TOTOLINK的router設定問題

昨天拿到TOTOLINK的A2004NS的router依說明書設定後卻發現下列問題
1.IPAD和IPHONE都可以抓到2.4和5g的信號,NB(ASUS-S551LB)卻找不到5G的信號
2.內建的VPN功能也是一樣，IPAD和IPHONE都可以使用唯獨NB連不了，我的NB有裝趨勢的雲端防毒,有影響嗎
