90歲老婦控訴離婚難

高齡90歲的余老太太，因長期遭家暴訴請離婚，未料遭法院駁回，生死都不願再與先生有關的她，上午來到立法院向立委陳情，盼修改離婚法規並在高院設置家事專庭，要做獨立有尊嚴的女性。
