美國北達科他州(North Dakota)一名34歲男子多明蓋茲(Adam Neil Dominguez)，日前因超速被攔檢，但因他還酒駕，為了拖延時間他竟假裝不會英語，跟警察講起西班牙語，結果立刻被戳破！

根據美國《紐約每日新聞》(New York Daily News)報導，多明蓋茲原本因超速被攔檢，結果警察走近後，聞到他車內還有濃濃的酒味，詢問他是否喝酒。

而沒想到多明蓋茲竟以西班牙語聲稱他不會英語。不過，正好這名警察真的會說西班牙語，就以流利的西班牙語再詢問多明蓋茲一次，多明蓋茲則沒有回答。

報導指出，多明蓋茲之後被警方帶回偵訊，在拘留室裡坦承自己會說英語，更以一連串英語怒罵警察。多明蓋茲最後被以酒後駕駛與拒絕接受酒測起訴。
