2014彰化葡萄公主全國選拔大賽，8日上午在彰化演藝廳進行總決賽，第一回合OPENING SHOW，20位準公主5位準騎士以晚禮服出場，展現自信與風采，爭取加分機會。彰化縣副縣長柯呈枋到場加油鼓勵，並感謝參選人與親友團一路走來的辛苦與付出，這是彰化城市行銷與葡萄產業一再創下傳奇的重要力量。

副縣長柯呈枋表示，為成功行銷彰化葡萄，打造「紫色寶石」品牌，辦理葡萄公主賽事今年已進入第六年，創造彰化數億的葡萄產值；今年擴大增加「葡萄騎士」，受到熱烈迴響，總報名人數596位是歷屆新高，受到各界矚目和話題，是大家努力的結果。

上午25位強準公主和騎士，進行第一回合的OPENING SHOW中揭幕，才藝部分由五位葡萄守護騎士依序演出，下午則進行20位準公主才藝表演，他們都曾是電視台節目主持人、日本千葉台灣大使、知名歌手MV女主角、受邀各大綜藝節目的表演者等，在親友團的護持和喝采下，2014彰化葡萄公主和騎士，在下午4時30分出爐。（彰化縣政府廣告）
