警戒訊息是google now嗎？

昨天晚上的暴雨
終於看到像日本海嘯那種警戒訊息
(慢了幾年終於有啦～)

忽然想到這個問題
這是google now的功能嗎？
其他作業系統也有收到嗎？
google now 是google原生才有的？

感覺google now除了天氣資訊之外
其他的都沒很實用…
考慮關掉他省點電
