議員取得立院旁路權 公投盟設施將清

立法院周邊公投盟借用立法院西側、南側路權長達五年，還搭設帳棚、貨櫃屋等固定設施。北市議員李新動員助理一舉申請立院周邊5月18日起至25日止的路權，除希望能讓十二年國教會考期間成功高中周邊安寧，也藉由路權取得，排除公投盟所設置的固定定著物，整理立院前市容。

北市中正一分局表示，已與公投盟溝通，17日會自行撤除相關設施，若屆時沒有移除，分局將偕同環保局根據廢棄物清理法逕自排除，確保後續取得路權使用者權利。
