每年五月，又是出西貢海域釣墨魚的季節，雖然話釣墨魚，其實釣的是魷魚。小弟湊熱鬧教大家做個極之重口味的炸魷魚圈。美味的秘訣，在於要把魷魚圈抹乾水分，這樣炸漿才可蘸得均勻。新鮮炸起的魷魚圈，外脆內爽滑，配自製青檸醬，味道香辣又清新，配冰凍啤酒一流！
