IMF盼烏克蘭控制烏東 援案不變

法新社報導，國際貨幣基金（IMF）總裁拉加德9日說，她「非常希望」烏克蘭政府兌現與一筆170億美元援助案有關的承諾，即維持對烏克蘭東部的掌控。

拉加德在摩洛哥說，IMF非常希望烏克蘭當局尊重一項援助計畫的承諾。IMF上周警告，如果基輔在烏克蘭東部失控，那項援助案將「重新設計」。
