事情是這樣的！前幾日去看一台車車商出價55萬
我訂金先拿10萬塊給車商之後貸款45萬
可是回到家之後我發現合約書上寫車價 10萬塊給付訂金 55萬

請問這份合約是否有效

因為小弟怕說合約不符合常理怕無效也怕被騙

請求各位大大回答
