行政院大陸委員會今（27）日公布最新例行性民調。調查結果顯示，有45.7%的民眾支持簽署兩岸服務貿易協議，已較今年9月所做民調提高5.6個百分點；不支持的比例為40.4%，比9月時減少5.3個百分點。

調查指出，有近6成（58.2%）民眾肯定兩岸服務貿易協議有助台灣業者拓展大陸市場；46.5%民眾認為開放大陸服務業來台投資，有助台灣經濟發展。

超過半數（51.6%）民眾認為兩岸服務貿易協議，對台灣和其他國家簽署經貿合作協定，具有相當助益。

陸委會表示，兩岸服務貿易協議是台灣貿易進一步自由化的指標，對台灣參與區域經濟整合相當重要。

陸委會強調，對於兩岸服貿協議開放可能面臨的挑戰與衝擊，政府已規劃完整的配套措施，並建立嚴謹的審查及管理機制，絕對沒有開放大陸勞工來台工作，也不會有市場被大陸企業或低價商品壟斷的問題。

對於部分民眾的不同意見與疑慮，陸委會表示，近期以來政府相關機關業已持續辦理說明會、溝通會，並配合立法院辦理的公聽會，加強與各產業工會與國內各界說明，以增進對服貿協議的正確瞭解，未來也將持續辦理。
