大家好　想請教此問題可跟哪個單位申訴故事如下：我在11/29離職，12/2到新公司工作在12/26收到健保局寄來通知要補繳11月份的健保因為前公司固定在11/25發薪，當初薪資條我印象深刻有扣掉勞健保費用（還好離職前有把最後一個月的薪資條印出來...）這兩天我都有寄信給前公司的HR，請他確認一下是哪邊出問題但他都不給我回覆可能有人會問為什麼我不直接打電話因為前公司制度和HR的態度都非常不佳，實在不想再跟他們有任何瓜葛目前是想要等等再寄一封信，押日期請HR務必處理若超過期限他們都不回覆我的話，我就會去跟相關單位申訴不曉得這種事情應該是跟健保局還是勞工局說呢？謝謝至於前公司，大概可以講一大卡車臭爛的故事吧... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.7.193
