曾銘宗：永豐證因頂新TDR退佣 被處分

針對頂新TDR爆發券商違規等問題，金管會主委曾銘宗上午表示，依法承銷不能退佣，因此頂新TDR是100年9月發現永豐證有退佣跟異常違規交易送台北檢調，事後金管會亦曾對永豐證停止承銷業務半年，相關同仁也停職一段時間。

魏應交部分，曾銘宗表示，當初有移請檢調單位調查，但已經不起訴處分確定。

曾銘宗表示，連勝文的退佣部分，只有2萬元，但那是他與永豐證之間的關係，沒有相關責任。

對於江丙坤是否有圈購，曾銘宗表示他並不清楚。
