新店行政園區招商　結合住宅與商業

【李定宇／新北報導】新店區公所附近早期開始發展，附近的地政、戶政、稅捐處和警察局等單位都已約40年歷史，面臨空間不足需要拓建與整修的問題，新北市整合當地1.4公頃土地，規劃出「新店區行政生活園區」，用「都市更新」手法改造辦公大樓，加設運動中心，結合商業與住宅等機能。
 
城鄉局表示，今天開始「新北市新店區行政生活園區」開始第2次公開閱覽招商文件，讓投資廠商可以更詳細了解招商訊息及相關細節。
