行李箱藏121條活蛇　陸男辯稱玩具蛇

【大陸中心／綜合報導】上海海關13日公開一起旅客攜帶121條未申報的活蛇入境案件，1名中國籍男子6日中午從香港飛往上海，入境上海時，男子拖著行李箱經過X光機檢查，海關人員發現行李內有可疑物品，攔下他盤查，男子表示行李箱內裝的是玩具，海關人員打開行李箱檢查，發現21個塑膠盒，裡面全是用黑色絲襪包好的蛇，大小花色不一，男子辯稱這些蛇是塑膠製的玩具蛇。

不過海關人員仔細檢查發現這些「玩具蛇」相當柔軟還會蠕動，有些甚至已經爬出來，男子發現說謊被抓包，立刻改口稱是要自己帶回家當寵物養。

這些蛇經過檢查，初步鑑定為球蟒，屬於《瀕危野生動植物種國際貿易公約》附錄中的保護動物。目前，上海海關緝私局已刑事立案。
