事情是這樣的每次當我感情不順時就算是一點很小的事情很小的徵兆 EX 女生不接我電話訊息沒回心儀的女生FB不按我的教有確認等只要發生以上類似的情形我的心情馬上就會跌到谷底短則一兩天長則一兩個禮拜抱歉我知道這樣很蠢很弱很娘砲但是我就是改不了請問要如何強化自己這方面的心理素質? 如何能對這些小事真正的不在乎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.188.184
