Window7系統，IE10

音效正常，youtube聲音有出來

我用的是僅供IE使用的教學系統(此系統需安裝Java)，在系統中有英文的聽力測驗和單字等可以聽發音，但我的電腦在此程式中除了聽力測驗的聲音出不來之外其他可聽發音，非聽力測驗的系統都都可發音，唯獨聽力測驗沒辦法出來。

教學系統需安裝的Java也已安裝，Java網站上的驗證也顯示"恭喜您！
您已安裝建議的 Java (Version 7 Update 45). "，但每次進入教學系統他還是會跑出需要我安裝Java的視窗。

電腦中有安裝快播，不知是否有無相關性。

有詢問過是否是教學系統本身的問題，結果是沒問題的，只有我的電腦會這樣......。

請問這種情況該如何解決?
