父把垃圾往兒子砸 遭告傷害不起訴

桃園縣蔡姓男子3月晚間出門丟垃圾，不滿兒子酒醉對他吐口水，還出言辱他「還沒死」，氣得把手中的垃圾往兒子身上砸，並回以「你女兒還沒去死」，遭兒子告傷害與公然侮辱罪。

桃檢偵查，認為蔡姓父親丟擲的垃圾很小包，又依客觀情境，是兒子酒醉先挑釁父親，被告基於管教兒子心態，並非意圖公然侮辱，且兒子遭砸垃圾，卻回答「謝謝」，難認受辱，檢方今天對蔡父不起訴處分。
