（中央社記者林恆立南投縣11日電）興霖食品10餘種麵品涉違法添加「銅葉綠素鈉」，南投檢方上週立案調查，今天首度赴廠區搜索，查扣部分進出貨資料及帳冊。

南投地檢署發言人林柏宏表示，調查重點是釐清業者是否違反食品衛生管理法第15條「攙偽或假冒」、「添加未經許可之添加物」，並訊問廠方相關人員是在何種情況下添加，故意或誤添？

檢方約在上午9時由主任檢察官謝謂誠帶領4名檢察官進入位於南崗工業區的興霖食品股份有限公司調查，中午12時30分離開，帶回兩箱進出貨資料及帳冊進行比對，以了解興霖違法層面及情節，進一步釐清案情。1021111
