總統兼主席 蔡英文：重點在是否民主

針對馬英九總統兼任國民黨黨主席一事所引發的爭議，民進黨前主席蔡英文上午表示，問題的根源不在於總統兼不兼任黨主席，台灣政治及民主進程都還在持續當中，不同的時候，在不同的政治情勢，有不同的要求，但是，政黨在形成相關規定與制度時，還是要經由民主機制，這才是要聚焦的事情。
