綠委爆：國營事業編列明年獎金預算平均每人20.6萬

【黃揚明／台北報導】台聯立委葉津鈴今指出，行政院所屬的17家國營事業明年度共編列264億元考核、績效獎金，平均每位國營事業員工可領取20.6萬元獎金。其中又以中國輸出入銀行平均每位員工領取獎金最多，可領28.2萬元，前5名還包括中央存保公司27.7萬元、中央銀行24.7萬元、台灣金融控股公司24.6萬元、土地銀行24.1萬元。

葉津鈴指，漢翔公司平均23.8萬元居第6，台電23.6萬元與中油23.4萬元分居第7、8名，財政部印刷廠22.9萬元居第9，台糖22.5萬元居第10；後續排名依序為港務局公司22萬元、自來水公司19.7萬元、台灣菸酒公司19.4萬元、中華郵政17.9萬元、勞保局17.8萬元、桃園機場公司14.4萬元、台鐵11.8萬元。

葉津鈴說，今年起各國營事業編列考核、績效獎金上限雖由4.6個月月薪減為為4.4個月，但縮減幅度太小，民眾根本不會滿意。
