柯建銘：監聽時間 特偵組說謊

關說案愈演愈烈，監聽時間引發論戰。民進黨團今天表示，黨團總召柯建銘被監聽2、3年，卻從未接過監聽通知書。對此特偵組回應，去年底才針對柯建銘案向法院聲請通訊監察，並非已監聽2、3年。

柯建銘今晚發新聞稿表示，特偵組公然說謊，時間前後不一，他將追究到底。

柯建銘表示，特偵組昨天在新聞稿即已提及，特偵組於偵辦100年度特他字第61號案時，發現柯建銘涉嫌介入關說假釋案，因此向台北地院聲請監聽，全案於去年9月5日簽結。由此可見，特偵組監聽行為從前年開始，至去年9月5日結束，但他從未接獲任何監聽通知。

柯建銘表示，特偵組公然說謊，且否定自己昨天新聞稿，尤其特偵組最後證明，並無所謂關說假釋案，卻因此立案監聽，更沒有發出監聽通知書，已屬違法違憲，他將就此事追究到底。
