最近小弟我迷上的玩棒球因為怕玩硬的球會受傷就買25塊錢左右的白色海綿球
請問那種球能夠投出變化球嗎? 因為我看人家都說硬的球因為有縫線所以能投變化球可是軟的球上面縫線丟兩下就會磨損請問這樣能夠投出變化球嗎? 不管哪種都好可以的話盡量附加圖片以及投球要如何投快速點的方法
