瓊斯盃最後一役，光華隊未能再搶1勝，以57：65敗給日本富士通紅浪，此役也牽動晚間的台韓之戰，冠軍要留在台灣，就至少需贏南韓12分。

由於對戰積分關係，光華只要拉下日本，晚間台韓戰就單純成王敗寇，贏家就是冠軍，光華也一度打出勝利契機，只可惜後段仍被富士通拉開。

首節打完光華隊20：16領先，並曾在第二節一度領先6分，但富士通連連追趕，上半場終了前被名木洋子的三分球改寫局勢，32：33落後。

光華隊第四節初一度追到46平，但日本隊以12比3攻勢再要回領先，光華隊一度追到4分落後，但在富士通的三分球攻勢下，只得吞下敗仗。

光華隊總教練柯孟儀表示，瓊斯盃一路打下來，對美國一戰表現最差，對老大姐的比賽有打出該有的氣勢，「希望這些年輕球員回去自己的母隊後，能記住這裡，繼續有更好的表現。」

劉嘉瑋是此役光華隊得分唯一過雙位數的球員，拿下全場最高的20分，她說：「如果集訓的時間再長一點，我們的成績也許會不一樣。」

光華隊本屆4勝1敗，僅贏國泰國。
