摩托車輪胎邊緣龜裂的問題

摩托車輪胎邊緣有裂痕，聽車店的人說要換，不然很危險！
但我對輪胎完全不懂，不知道所謂危險是指？遇到怎處理？
想工作後換輪胎，聽說有幾家比較好：像是建大正新 ......等等。【一般摩托車店，好像輪胎普遍都不好(高速胎)。】

有在路上看到摩托車店：
正新輪胎699元，還有別家是899元。
699元的那家什麼都超便宜(機油ˋ齒輪油...各種零件都便宜)
感覺好像不是很好！
怎麼選店家換輪胎？！
