【綜合報導】針對美國洛杉磯政府要求拍攝成人電影(Adult Video，AV)演員，拍攝期間一律必須戴上保險套，美國聯邦法院做出最新裁定：洛杉磯要求A片演員拍片時要戴保險套的法案是「符合憲法」的。

美國聯邦地區法院裁定，要求演員戴套的支持者提出了足夠的證據，證明戴套可減低健康上的風險。美國洛杉磯市居民去年11月透過公投，通過成人電影演員必須在拍攝時戴保險套。

洛杉磯以往每年平均有500部A片開拍申請，但公投通過後急素減少，A片片商就此提出訴訟，希望能夠推翻法案。
