大學新鮮人，你要選哪一間？在南、北同登場的大學博覽會，各大學祭出高額獎學金爭搶優秀學子，香港技職體系學校總獎學金高達2313萬元，更以9成就業成功率跨海搶人；而金門大學也提供7600萬元獎學金，等著頂尖學生來領取。

人才不分國界，國內外知名大學展開搶人大作戰，香港技職學校以高額獎學金來台搶人，校方更結合香港職業訓練局，不怕畢業就失業，就業率高達9成，希望吸引台灣設計、旅遊、商業類人才，只要各科成績符合規定，就能有機會到香港就學，體驗港式生活。

而國內大學也不輸人後，金門大學以7600萬元獎學金吸引學生就讀，開出6種申請獎學金條件，每人最高可領360萬元，甚至不論成績高低，只要以第一志願上榜，註冊就能得到獎學金1萬元，希望能藉此吸往學生到金門大學就讀，目前已有10多位成績優秀的台生確定入學。

另亞洲大學也加碼到360萬元，其他各間私立大學都喊出100萬到300萬元的高額獎學金，力拼少子化，吸引尖端學生就讀，而國立大學則針對經濟弱勢的學生，以獎學金鼓勵學生就學。

下周就是新鮮人選填志願的重要時刻，國內外各大學利用這周末搶人，以高額獎學金搶攻大學生，然而，至於能不能以獎學金吸引學生就讀，就要看學子要如何選填符合自己優勢的學校志願。
