筆電的記憶體壞掉???

我的筆電最近常常開機到桌面的時候就當機

整個畫面停止不能動

只有滑鼠可以在那裡動卻又不能點

我作業系統重灌好幾次了都一樣

請問這會是記憶體的問題嗎?

我的筆電是去年10月買的Vaio s系列
