被控賣過期食品 檢搜媚登峯

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北3日電）知名美容塑身業者媚登峰，被控販賣過期保健食品。台北地檢署今天指揮調查局台北市調處搜索媚登峰總公司等處。

檢調日前接獲自稱媚登峰員工檢舉，指稱媚登峰明知保健食品過期，仍要求員工向會員推銷販賣。檢調受理案件後展開調查。

經長期蒐證，承辦檢察官上午指揮台北市調處，兵分二路搜索媚登峰及一家分公司，並將相關人員帶回市調處偵訊。全案朝詐欺及偽造文書罪偵辦。1020703
