中國大陸8月份出口額創今年新高，加上日本2020申奧成功，帶動了今早亞幣今早走揚，人民幣兌美元中間匯價開盤衝高，來到6.1642，升值0.86分，激勵了今早新台幣兌美元匯率以29.90元平盤開盤後，台幣再次走揚近二角，最高來到29.710元，挑戰29.70元大關，至上午9時30分止，台幣成交價29.740元，台幣升值1.6角。

日本申奧成功，激勵今早日股開盤大漲逾2%，美元兌日圓今早主要交易介在1美元兌100.13-99.53日圓、美元兌韓元則介1091.80-1087.10韓元之間。亞股普遍走紅，台股雖小紅開盤，但受到立法院長王金平涉關說案，恐衝及四大財金法案立法等變數影響，台股一度翻黑陷入震盪整理。

印度男女性別比失衡問題嚴重。但1份最新官方統計顯示，儘管女性處境惡劣，百歲人瑞中，女性比男性多了2萬7141人。

印度內政部戶政總署署長暨人口普查站站長辦公室（Office of the Registrar General andCensusCommissioner）昨天公布2011年人口普查的分齡資料顯示，未滿1歲男嬰較女嬰多95萬5041人；0到6歲的男孩總數則比同齡女孩多698萬6790人；6歲以下人口性別比為1000（男）比919（女）。

7到15歲年齡組男童較女童多1084萬5699人，人口性別比降為1000（男）比911（女）。

印度向來是個偏好男孩的社會，對女胎選擇性墮胎被認為是印度畸形出生兒性別比的原因。

「印度時報」（The Times of India）今天引述德里大學（University of Delhi）社會學教授拉佳尼．巴里瓦拉（Rajni Palriwala）報導，一般家庭的女童在糧食和健康照護上飽受歧視，還得做更多的家事，「討厭女兒有時是故意的，有時則不自知」。

不過這項統計同時顯示，全印度88歲以上的逐齡人口數，女性都多於男性。百歲以上男、女人瑞分別有28萬9154人、31萬6295人，女性比男性多了2萬7141人。

立法院長王金平捲入關說風波，馬總統昨天主動召開記者會說重話。台北市長郝龍斌上午被媒體追問對此事的看法，他表示，關說案處理，他尊重總統的決定，國民黨要將王金平送交考紀會，他希望馬主席可以慎重處理這件事情，也呼籲黨內同志這時一定要團結。

媒體也追問郝龍斌是否擔心自己也被列為監聽對象，他表示「不擔心」，因為沒有涉及不法，就無須擔心被監聽。至於他如何看待「馬王心結」，郝龍斌則以「無法回答回應，強調他「不知道」。

餐廳名稱：阜杭豆漿、三佳早點、大甲 大成燒餅 消費時間：2013/8 燒餅PK賽 圖文 http://tobetwobee.blogspot.tw/2013/09/blog-post_4.html 又上台北排隊去了. 非假日, 十點多竟然還排了67個人, 雖然深知排隊美食最難吃, 但這口袋名單在口袋裡翻 滾好久了, 雖然同時在口袋裡好友名單也翻滾很久, 還是放棄好友選擇美食, 完全失去人 性. 豆漿真的沒話說, 當然不能拿它和碳燒豆漿比, 炭燒豆漿沒有在正道上, 在這正道上的豆 漿, 阜杭的豆漿是誇張的好喝, 誇張的黃豆味道, 誇張的順口, 誇張的不太甜, 誇張的喝 完速度, 只能說隊伍沒有白排. 薄燒餅夾蛋, 這蛋皮煎的好豪爽. 真是震驚的好吃, 薄燒餅帶一點Q勁, 蛋皮吹彈可破的軟嫩. 一家早餐店可以經營五十幾年, 果然是有一點原因. 台中就沒有可以比擬的早餐嗎? 三佳早點民權店不容易吃到, 因為星期六日不營業, 老闆的早餐生意是做身體勇, 其實太 晚去應該是很容易買不到你想吃的, 早餐買好自己投錢, 這個不錯, 找錢容易手髒, 錢不 過手這也是一種氣度. 燒餅夾蛋可以和阜杭的一較高下, 香氣四溢, 吃完這燒餅一天都充滿元氣. 而且還有好吃的蔥肉餅, C/P值超高, 目前都還沒排到隊伍, 這比阜杭豆漿好太多了. 再加映大甲的大成燒餅, 也是排隊美食來的, 沒有外地人的攪和, 在地大甲人也要排隊? 而且他們家的燒餅的餅皮有濃濃的奶油酥餅味道很特別, 一般來說燒餅這一味算是北方味 , 來到大甲立刻多了在地味道. 不過最特別的是大成燒餅有燒餅蛋餅, 而且這蛋餅一點都沒有縮小, 硬是把燒餅撐的大大 的, 這這..是要逼死誰啊...啊! 難道是大腸包小腸. 燒餅夾蛋餅好吃力, 好強的早餐, 吃完這一套飽個一整天. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.95.114

其實還可以說說團戰技巧
這是我的意見(只是我自己的打法 別插我哦)
約瑞科出了好戰者之後血量會有2500左右 這個時候你已經是一個比較肉的英雄了
在有優勢的時候請別怕死 盡管上到最前吸收最大量傷害(約瑞科的鬼每支可以減少對他的傷害5%加上大技最高可以減少20%傷害)讓輸出AD&AP最大化地攻擊
快要沒血或者半血時馬上給自己放上大技 然後你可以死掉了 沒錯你可以死掉 當你可以用你的死為你的團隊帶來最大的效益時請不用尤疑
死後復活的數秒更加不用怕了 沒有敵人會想再花時間在你身上 盡量媛速所有敵人 讓隊友得到更多擊殺 然後破塔又好吃龍也好 把優勢擴到最大

如果是逆風場就請不要這樣做了 請站在AD的旁邊 對面的大男要衝AD時放上W&E 讓AD可以拉打 而且戰線請和你的隊友配合慢慢向後拉 在LOL世界裹追人的永遠不會比被追的安全 到對手血量不多時盡管開上鬼步或閃現進攻 大招放在自己的AD上分身會有70%的英雄傷害 照舊盡量媛到敵人讓AD可以安全輸出 慢慢把優勢追回
