【綜合報導】立法院爆監聽關說風暴，經建會前副主委張景森今在個人臉書po文指出，DPP如有高層涉及司法關說，應該主動去調查了解，並依情節輕重，給予合理的處理，給社會一個交待；同時立即提案修法，杜絕政治人物的司法關說。
 
張也說，對KMT的政爭，加油添醋煽風點火可以不必了，這對DPP少有加分，尤其切忌選邊，至少不能選錯邊，「怎麼看王金平，都不像會是正確的一邊」。
 
對國會議長被監聽一事，張認為，應該立即提案成立立院的調查委員會，就過去幾年一般老百姓被違法或濫權監聽的事件，詳細調查，並修法嚴懲違法濫權監聽的行為，「老百姓被監聼是很可憐，但立委被監聽是對政府監督不周的報應，這點要分清楚」。

「我們希望擷取國際成功經驗，防止已知的帶原者再將愛滋病傳染給他人。」衛生福利部疾病管制署署長張峰義表示，國內愛滋病感染人數累積至今接近2萬6千人，平均每天有6人感染愛滋，更可怕的是感染年齡持續下降，因此廣邀國內外學者、各地衛生單位及民間團體，共同分享防治成果及未來策略。

自民國77年起開辦的國際愛滋病研討會，主要提供相關政府及醫療從業人員吸收新知的平台。第11屆研討會針對世界各地愛滋病傳播現況、防治策略、基礎及臨床研究進展等議題，邀集國內外包括來自美國國家衛生研究院、疾病管制中心、約翰霍普金斯大學、日本名古屋市立大學的專家，進行專題演講。

事實上不只衛服部定期召開國際愛滋病研討會，針對愛滋病相關的衛生宣導及病患權益保障，各地衛生機構及民間公益團體共同努力下有蓬勃發展，此次研討會也有11個縣市的衛生局及18個民間團體於會場外設攤，展現我國防治愛滋病的具體成果。

協辦研討會的台灣愛滋病協會，每季都會推出《愛滋病防治季刊》，由政府官員及醫療從業人員撰寫專文，提供民眾學術方面的專業知識，發行至今已超過80期。另外例如以服務同志為核心的大台北同學會，在今年上半年就舉辦了15場主題講座及11場醫療諮詢服務，都是提供民眾正確觀念很好的機會。

張峰義認為，「高風險行為」族群，包括非安全性行為及施打毒品等「無法控制的舉動」固然難以管制，目前防疫重點仍在避免帶原者散播愛滋。中華民國愛滋感染者權益促進會工作人員蔡旻光表示，在為愛滋患者提供申訴管道的過程中發現，目前台灣仍潛藏許多「不為人知」的帶原者，主要是擔心隱私曝光，影響工作及醫療的權益。

「本來覺得愛滋病患者可能大多面臨工作權的問題。」蔡旻光說，「沒想到很多第一線的醫療單位，例如牙醫診所，會傾向拒收愛滋患者。」如此一來不只愛滋患者無法得到適切的醫療照護，也可能造成帶原者選擇隱瞞染病的事實，造成愛滋病防治的困難。
