行政院長江宜樺具體回應一九八五行動聯盟成立「軍事冤案申訴委員會」訴求，負責召集的政務委員羅瑩雪說，委員會將採主動清查與受理申訴雙軌進行，明天即會請相關部會與機關提名單後儘快成立。

「這是超部會的任務編組！」羅瑩雪表示，成員除國防部、法務部、，還有民間律師公會代表、法律學者專家、人權團體、公民團體代表等。

根據政院初步構想，委員會組成後，將對外招募義務律師及法律學者專家，主動清查與受理申訴，也會成立申訴專線、信箱，以單一窗口受理申訴；因受限人力，初步先鎖定關於命案以及造成重大傷害的凌虐案件等。

台南市南區明亮里辦公處為服務民眾，特結合台南應用科技大學資源，辦理明亮里保母訓練班，即日起受理報名，有興趣的民眾歡迎電洽0920287813姜小姐或明亮里里長宅06-2612643。

明亮里保母班上課時間為102年9月2日至102年10月2日，每週一至週五9：00至16：00(共計126小時)，訓練費用：8,400元。結訓後加入社區保母系統，並托育2歲以下父母皆在就業之幼兒，且父母最近1年綜合所得總合計稅稅率未達20%者，每名幼兒每月可補助2,000-5,000元。

明亮里保母班將於 102年8月18日下午2：00，假明亮里活動中心，臺南市南區新都路396號，辦理相關招生說明會，除現場備有小禮物，18日前報名者，更可享訓練費優惠1,000元。
